- Weight should be maintained: Your chance of getting the osteoarthritis can possibly increase when you have extra weight, you should maintain a weight that is appropriate to the size that your size and also your age. Your knees won’t be in any stress, and you can avoid the chances of getting any kind of knee injury.
- Find sensible shoes that have a good fit to you: Do you know why getting the right shoes is important? It is because it can help you in maintaining the proper leg balance and alignment; this can ultimately prevent you from having knee injuries.

- Go on weight training: You can better support that knees of yours are by strengthening both your leg muscles so that you can avoid any injury, I suggest that you work out with some weights. But first, you will need help from an expert so that you will be led on the right path and prevent any knee pain.
- Activities should not be decreased: You will weaken when there is a decrease in your activities. With this, the chances of having injuries will be increased. It is also good if you stay productive, but having too many activities can also weaken you. That is why do not push yourself to do every single thing at only one day. Get yourself an 8- hour sleep because you will need energy while doing some exercises.
